1.海虾洗净擦干剥壳剁蓉,加马蹄、肥肉煮熟后加入虾肉中一起剁也可分开剁后加入。j7pT3mz'R,lE

2.材料剁好后加半个蛋清、少许胡椒粉、生抽两大匙、盐小半匙、生粉麻油拌匀(记得往同一方向搅拌起胶)
