拿手菜之----粉蒸肉
粉蒸肉是偶的拿手菜之一,不是因为偶的技术好,那绝对是因为偶得蒸肉粉好Ui5\9P^w

同事给我的一包蒸肉粉,是他女朋友家做的,香得不得了,我已经做过几次了,每次一大盘都吃光光,那味道绝对的赞,即使上面带点肥肉,这么一做,完全吃不出肥肉的腻人感,而且口感有嫩,偶自己都被说的流哈喇子了

五花肉,放开水里煮过2分钟,捞起后立即冲冷水,这样保持硬度,好切。

抓好后,盖保鲜膜,放冰箱过夜。

过夜12小时差不多,放入蒸肉粉,这个蒸肉粉是重点阿。

抓匀,确保每片肉上都沾着蒸肉粉。

馋死了!不过也可以试试不用土豆,用芋艿一起蒸。感觉芋艿比土豆更能吸油,而且更多了种清香。i` E a^vSZ0u%\;V
