家里两MM喜欢吃叉烧,不过,外面卖的叉烧都很瘦,她们喜欢吃肥叉,说那才有味道,呵呵。看来得自己做了。其实做叉烧也不难,只要选的材料好,加上一瓶叉烧酱,火候掌握的好,那就行了。7n{.y-D(a] _FsL
材料:五花肉一斤,李锦记叉烧酱,生抽,蜜糖。

2、用叉烧酱两汤匙,生抽1汤匙,蜂蜜1汤匙做成调料,把肉涂抹均匀,然后一起放入冰箱腌制一晚。

3、将肉切两段,放在垫了锡纸的烤盘上,入烤箱200度烤30分钟。期间,翻动几次,使其能烤均匀,并抹多几次腌肉的汁液。KE1~tm
