材料:五花肉,葱段,姜片,大料。

肉炒好后放料酒,老抽,葱,姜,蒜,大料,花椒,打匀的腐乳,(因为有腐乳和老抽了,所以我个人觉得不用放盐了,)如果稠的话可以再加点水。直到收汁。
