用到了:鸡蛋两个(我用的是鸭蛋)、温水、自己种滴葱、生抽、芝麻油、盐9W-NI9}Y+z!M
量杯、滤勺、锡箔纸、蒸碗

1、打鸡蛋~o3V{:QjZOkG#fis F

2、用筷子不停的打匀了,放适量盐,继续打~

7、8、隔着滤勺,将蛋液倒入碗中

这个蛋主要是过了筛吧,所以比较滑嫩}AN,L.[WZ
还有用锡纸包着,能够减少里边的水分蒸发,减少气泡,看过去卖相好
