烙饼做法:

温水和面,和好了以后分成几个小挤子,分别赶平夹层涂油撒盐再赶,反复三次就行了,然后再揉成圆挤子,再赶平,然后下锅。本想做葱油饼,但由于今天家里葱尽姜绝,只好将就了。

材料:带肉的猪骨、白萝卜、葱、姜、八角、桂皮、料酒、少量花椒和冰糖

做法:把猪骨切成小块,下沸水锅紧肉、撇沫子。

盖上高压锅盖炖25分钟,充分让肉质松烂,骨头的精华完全进入汤中
