腊肠卷
过年了,家家户户都会准备腊味,自家做更是一个赞呀。现在可是数着日子昐着日子回家过年呀,因为家里有好多腊味等着偶回去美味啊。流着口水ing,咱们还是用外面卖的广式腊味应付一下... I&A!h7Eq&|/}

材料:面粉、干酵母、腊肠两条

做法:同包子和馒头的和面团做法一样;醒发后,揉透面团,切剂子,把每个剂子搓成长条,把腊肠用面条卷起,两边收口要紧(不然蒸熟后会散开的)。全部卷好后,放置锅中醒一会,用冷水锅大火蒸十分钟即可。

(温馨提示:腊肠最好选择瘦肉多一些的,把一根腊肠切成四小条,这样可省材料,而且吃起来不会太腻,卷腊肠时,头尾都留一点,因为蒸熟后腊肠会缩一部份的;还有醒发后的面团要揉透,经过二次醒发后蒸出来的腊肠卷吃起来就会很松软)
