2种菇类要提前洗净,然后用热水泡30-50分钟。然后把蘑菇弄干,记住,这个泡蘑菇的水不要扔到哦。

把鸡肉放在冷水中浸泡30分钟,之后,沥水,放在热油中翻炒。(先把锅放在火上烧热,时间长一点,然后再放油在烧一会,这样防止鸡肉粘锅)
