'|.r4^2E!`4y d ^9J 上次做的是紫菜牡蠣餅,其實做失敗了,顏色太黑,而且雞蛋太少,才放了1個,失敗是成功的媽媽,所以總結了下,這次不要的材料略去,做出了成功的雞蛋牡蠣餅。d~Z;K`
[color=Blue]制作过程[/color]:
D.Q?0WE&sA 1.把牡蛎洗干净;
u w'?Ie~w"rg 2.把5個雞蛋打入盤中,攪拌好,加入胡椒粉,雞精,再揉均匀,过程不能着急,慢慢来;
TL/O8G]jjp 3.把牡蠣一個一個放入2的盤中,攪拌均勻;4u5x\y D[a/L&F
4.熱鍋後,放入花生油,盛半勺先放入,不用太多,然后用勺压平,用中火慢煎,切记不能着急,大概10分钟左右,翻一面继续煎,此时注意,油可能不够,再从牡蛎饼旁边加入少许,继续中火慢煎。5-10分钟火候后,若两面都成焦黄色,即大功告成!這次是很成功的,顏色也亮了很多,而且不容易破碎,看照片就知道了。接著就用来下酒或者配飯是最合适不过了!希望大家都试试看!

兄弟,原来你也是厨房高手啊,这道菜我很喜欢的,在潮汕地区的时候就天天找这饼吃,这东西煎熟之后飘香很远的啊
