步骤1:取出包菜一棵,用手一瓣一瓣撕下来,菜梗不要,如果有喜欢吃菜梗的朋友可以把菜梗留下来另外再炒别的菜。但是这里菜梗不好熟,所以去掉

注意事项:

1.醋别放太多,老抽也别放太多,不然颜色会太重,而醋过多会盖住原来的味道,而且酸

2.爆蒜头和花椒的时候,不要用大火,把火调成温火爆,不然会爆焦掉1t#b9c\&t
