5. 卷好成型的面包条再发酵35分钟,因为一次发酵不很理想,所以第二次放入烤箱中,ZS-V{A'B

在热水的蒸腾下再发酵(常温也可以,时间大约也要30-40分钟为好,主要还是看发酵的效果决定)。

6. 放入烤箱烤制,家用烤箱炉用的190度15分钟
